Can I donate my earnings to charity?

Yes you can! In fact we encourage it. If you want to donate to charity simply replace your PayPal address with the payee address of your charity. If you don’t know the address send us a support email so we can reach out to that charity on your behalf.

Can I pick the person who will Tweet for me? What happens if they decline? How do I make the best choice?

You define the demographics, age, location and even followers of the users that you would like your campaign matched to. Our system also allows you to specifically activate premium publishers who have more than 100k followers. If a publisher declines, you will not be charged for their tweets. While our system ultimately determines the best choices for you, it’s all based on the specs you give us…the more detail the better.

Who will write my ad?

Ad copy is typically developed by the advertiser; however twtMob will also help you identify best practices for developing ad copy.

How do you determine the cost of campaigns?

Your campaigns are priced on a “Cost-Per-Thousand-Followers” (CPMF) basis. This means that you will pay a certain rate per thousand followers a user has for them to send a message about your company. Each twitter user’s CPMF is based on their influence, celebrity status, past campaign performance, re-tweets and more. Our system dynamically adjusts user prices ensuring that your cost is being managed in line with expected performance.
